Cancelations
Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you have to cancel your appointment. Our stylists are devoting their time to you and deserve the chance to offer your appointment to someone else if you cannot make it. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for 30% of your service.
